Regency Inn Norco

28 year traveler here. Ive been staying here for just under a week and I can report that this hotel is very nice. The room is comfortable and clean showing a recent remodel with modern fixtures and solid tile flooring ( not that laminate junk the big chains put down). The kingsize bed is comfy and the room has a microwave and large apt size refridgerator. Outside is a nice clean pool, private with mature landscaping. The managers are very friendly and accomodating. I would rate this little hotel right up there with the big chains without the big price. The energy is good here, very peaceful. It is walking distance to restuarants, coffee and grocery store. 10 out of 10. Hope this helps.

Room very dirty and broken down. A/C old and doesn't work well. Bathroom door broken off frame, black stains all along caulking in tub, Owner/manager told us we were walking around too much in our room and on the property. Weekly rate was exhorbitant and they would only give us 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for 2 people for 3 days. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies just to make the room acceptable. Do yoursel a favor pay a few bucks more for the Fairfield or even a Hilton property. I'd say you get what you pay for but not here you don't, not even close. Management is not customer service oriented. They could have a nice property if they made sure it was at least clean but my feet were black after mistakenly walking barefoot inside the room. No hot water. Staff members didn't care about the people who stayed there, they only cared about the money you pay for this ran down place. No towels were given. Never again will I stay here. What a JOKE....

Wow, where to start! We came in for my son’s graduation. When got there they said our credit card wouldn’t work and we had to use our debit card. (Sus) we then had to hurry to an event. Went to the room and put our stuff in and immediately knew we were uncomfortable but had to hurry so left our stuff and went about our day for a couple hours. After we got back we decided after looking closely that there was absolutely no way there was not a recent crime scene in the room we were in! The main door and bathroom door had both been locked in and they just pushed them back together and tried PAINTING OVER THE HUGE CRACKS where it had been kicked in! The beds had hairs on them and stains. It was disgusting. I then went to tell them we are going to go somewhere else and they got angry and tried s
