Extended Stay America Suites- Norco

I had a great stay at Extended Stay America. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, especially the kitchenette, which made my stay much more convenient. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was quiet and well-maintained, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was an excellent value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable extended stay. I would like to personally shoutout Mirit at the front desk for her hard work and dedication. The professionalism she brings and attention to detail make a real difference, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Not only that, she brings good energy and always make things easier for everyone around her.

If you guys stop in at this motel, make sure that you give Simone a beautiful high five, she is an absolute blessing. And does everything to make sure your stay is absolutely worth it. She helped us through just from her beautiful smile and her easy going way. We had some issues when we first checked in Simone. Was right on it she is definitely worth this day. Her alone makes me wanna come back to this motel. She is a beautiful blessing. We had services for my father and we had been traveling from Arizona, we were all exhausted and tired, and we were very, very sad with burying my father and Simone helped us through that with her beautiful ways she's got a beautiful heart. I enjoyed my stay. The lady at the front desk Mirit is so helpful. The maintenance Steve is very kind and helpful. The manager is so accomedating. I recommend this hotel!

Positive: Locations Negative: Things were broken in the room, you have to use your card to get into the hotel, becomes a little annoying. Breakfast area wasn’t stocked, seems like the front desk person has too much requirements at breakfast time.

I just want to update… Steve is awesome, he has done a great job. I went to another Extended Stay to bad we couldn’t bring him with us. If we have any issues, Steve takes care of it right away. Have not had any issues that he can’t fix right away. He has made our stay pleasant. So the stay here has been great. Merit, Justin, and everyone working there are nice, friendly and helpful they all have Great customer service. Steve has been awesome (Maintenance). The freezer wasn’t working, he came in took a look and swapped it out. Every time he sees us, he will ask if everything is working ok. Reassuring us that they are there for us. He is always nice and polite. I needed a can opener, called front desk and they brought it up to the room. Location is great; Library, post office, gas station,
