Regency Inn

It wasn't bad. It's a long way from the interstate in my opinion. The room was cozy, though. It sat across from a Walgreens and had some food options. The room was mostly clean, but no attention to detail, i.e. the baseboards, inside of drawers, and other not immediately noticeable things could be paid more attention to. But, it wasn't bad enough to cause a stink. The front desk clerk was polite and got us in and out quickly. Rooms were quiet. Overall, I would stay again.

No towels, dust so thick it was like paint, carpet filthy and not vacuumed with like toenails and skin, no towels, used washcloth in shower, man’s jacket hanging in room, broken ice bucket, ripped shower curtain, filthy counters, the sheets had hair in them, 3 inch cockroach walking down the wall towards the pillow, another one’s walking across the carpet, filthy tub, a man’s full body wash, coat, lack of towels, broken ice bucket, etc. He did NOT care! it was absolutely awful. I came to stay there because my dad was in the hospital deteriorating and I needed a safe place to mourn. I absolutely was so disgusted and hysterical! I got my key card and wrote a note to refund my money. I had to go back and ring the bell. I waited and no one came and I left it in the window. I was so traumati

I came here hoping for a quiet place to stay while my dad was in the hospital. What I walked into felt like a scene from a nightmare.||The room was filthy — no towels, a used washcloth hanging in the shower, and dust so thick it looked painted on. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in what seemed like months, littered with toenails and bits of skin. There was a man’s jacket hanging in the corner, a broken ice bucket, and a ripped shower curtain. The counters were grimy, the tub filthy, and the sheets full of hair that clearly wasn’t mine.||Then I saw the cockroaches — one about three inches long crawling down the wall toward the pillow, another wandering across the floor. That was it for me.||I left a note asking for a refund, dropped my key at the window (there was no real lobby, just a bell

Greeted by a young woman who was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Were there for one day and the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain. Didn't complain took a nice hot bath. Water pressure strong with hot water

Best room I ever had at a moderate hotel while on business. Great bed, slept like a baby. Clean, comfortable and nice-looking. Could have done without mirror for a wall!
