I absolutely loved my stay here, Mona was so helpful and kind. She even had my room nice and warm for me when I arrived.. The bathroom was clean, shower was great, and the bed was comfy!! The view was breathtaking! Thank you for making my trip perfect!!
Positive: This hotel is near: town, lake, perfect to walk around. Negative: ""
Don't book this hotel. There are many vacancies. I have a knee problem and wanted a downstairs room, but they insisted on giving me an upstairs room. The room smelled very bad. It was a very strange odor. I booked for two days. We rested in the car that night. The next day I wanted to cancel the room. There was no way to rest in such a smelly room. I was told that I couldn't cancel the room. As a result, I paid two days' rent for nothing. I slept in the car for two nights. I was speechless.
Had to get room at last minute and noticed shortage of rooms in the area and related increased prices due to the horrible fires at the other end of the lake. I was not expecting much. This is an older motel and could use a good renovation. The bedding was very clean as was the bathroom. Towels were on the thinner side, but immaculate. We had the end room by the pool and it was very quiet. The room had a mini refrigerator and microwave. The ac worked well and was not overly noisy. There are few outlets in the room. The cost was high, but I think it was due to the shortage of rooms in the area. No breakfast provided.
I speak for myself only. I enjoyed all my stays. I haven't tried the pool yet. The rooms are clean, nice TV, small fridge, microwave, plenty of hot water and air conditioning. Other than some of the characters hanging out in the parking lot, and mexican music, they all tend to hit their rooms at a reasonable time and quiet after that. The rooms are perfect as far as I'm concerned. The owner is really nice. If I could afford to stay every night, I would. I'd add a few more power outlets for phones, tablets, and whatnot. I recommend it.
