Regency Inn

I stayed at this property in early November 2025.|Rooms are not maintained. Pool has been filled in. Refrigerator did not work. When staff “fixed the problem”, they didn’t bother taking out the bad appliance. Furniture scratched. Sink counter broken. Gap in door frame. Gap in floor covering. Curtains falling off. Stains in bedding. Cracks in plaster and chip in bath tub.|Staff repeatedly questioned if my dog was a service animal even after I showed the paperwork. Only gave them a 3 because they allowed dogs.|Staff rude when interacting with me.

I was there for a funeral the next morning my first room 105 of I have video of aggressive roaches Quality all on the wall the furniture it was very dirty and soiled. It looked like it had been outside when the manager came down and I complained about the soiled furniture. His response was this is not the Hampton or Hilton and moved us to 111 with more soiled furniture,the phone didn’t work. They don’t deserve any stars not even one very nasty!

Horrible hotel. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirty linens. Bathroom door dont close or lock. Pull out coach had old linens with body fluids on, and also rat feces on them. Customer service was horrible and non accommodating.

Great location. DIRTY and RAGGEDY! Requested down stairs room due to injury and was told none available 45 minutes later upon complaining bout FILTHY towels was told there waz no room service. Arrived down stairs while another customer at window heard and saw that they were given a down stairs room. NEVER AGAIN!!!
