I just moved my trailer house here this week, and so far, everything has been great. Mr. Paul has been friendly, super helpful, welcoming and very understanding. I haven't seen a neighbor yet that hasn't waved and smiled.
The speed bump at the entrance needs to be marked. I wasn't going fast, but it was still a jolt.
