If I could use a no star I would I have a Dog. The hotel said pets allowed. I get there and they said service dogs only. That’s not what the sign read.

Stay away~~~Nasty, disgusting. Rooms smelled. When we arrived at our room, the room was really hot. The air conditioning had been turned off. I assume it was to save the tight wade owner a few pennies. But he must be saving boat loads of money, the breakfast was a joke. The pool was not heated. The hot tub could not be turned on. The beds were uncomfortable and the overall room was not inviting or particularly clean. The manager, Mr. Shah, told us the second day of our stay that we were no welcome because we complained of the deployable conditions. Go figure. There are alot of inviting hotels on the highway, one does not need to go out of their way to stay on this depressing strip of road, with no interesting restaurants, and nowhere within walking distance expect a Staples. Go

Staying at the regency hotel office. You comfort and convenience, you have Dollar Tree. You have Walgreens, you have Winn Dixie. You have China feast. You have Dunkin Donuts, you have the cafe. You have New York style pizza. You have a lot of comfort and convenience two young people here. At hotel I mrs Patel, Mr. Batel, you also have nice cold sodas. When you coming up, you a burning hot ask for one. It always helps trust me. I've been coming here for 33 years that people are young. The main service is great. They just got new furniture. Put in in the last couple of weeks. I they? Had put on. a new roof put on. Everything's running excellent again. They have king sighs bed that they also listened stalled into the hotel. This has got to be the most disappointing nasty hotel I've ever stayed at. As soon as we pulled into the lot this lady wit her child playing wit rocks next to my truck an a man walks up on his phone looking into the bed of truck an watching me an my son. Then my older son gets yelled at about our dog saying id that thing comes in room your gone. My dog is a German shepherd pitbull mix they had big issues with him. We get into our room just nasty dirty beds holes in bedding dirty sheets dirty walls wit food stuck on mold everywhere I didn't even wanna use shower and bugs crawling around. Not 10 mins latter they call the cops saying we been there for days an post to check out like what we just checked in cops fixed it an told me be careful with these people. This hotel should be shut down. P

Regency Inn hotel fails to let me and my family know that there are no exception for visitors and if there are visitors, then you will be kicked out and not giving any warning at all just to be kicked out at 10 AM sharp the next day do not book or spend any type of money on these hotels trash service. Nothing that you would want your family or yourself around. The environment is terrible. LADY AT FRONT WITH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE # hates her job
