Days Inn by Wyndham N Orlando/Casselberry

There was food and wood chips on the chairs. The sheets and bedding were dirty and had ants crawling on them. We asked twice if we could get our room cleaned and sheets changed, but they were never changed. They also did not have another room available for us even though the parking lot was not full. There is no way all of the rooms were booked. Plus, the breskfast is very very limited. We are not coming back here.

The location was pretty convenient. Cleanliness of the room. I would give it a zero. The bathtub was disgusting and It had been that way for quite some time. There was a gap in the door which you can see the sunlight coming through. You had to slam the door shut in order to get it to close. And we found a dreadlock by the bed and the table. I was never told that you could not smoke in front of your room, but there's signs posted all over the place about no smoking within 25 ft of the building. Most people are smokers. Every time I wanted a cigarette I had to go all the way downstairs. I stayed in the upstairs room on the fourth floor. the gentleman that checked me in barely understand him. I don’t know where to begin with this one. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. To start, they tried to charge my card before I arrived, even though I wasn’t supposed to pay until I arrived. Then the entire outside (corridors) smells like week-old trash, very bad. The room was definitely not cleaned. The bed was made and most likely changed from the last people, but the bedding and pillows were all damp. The blanket even smelled sour at the foot of the bed. The bathroom floor was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or longer. All of the floors were dirty. The sofa smelled sour and like an old basement. I dropped the ball picking this trashy hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone. When coming into the room, I checked pretty much all the areas, but

Positive: Friendly, accommodating staff. Negative: There was a large dead cockroach on the floor right when we walked in the room. Within the first few minutes of being there we killed 6 bugs. They staff was very accommodating and switched rooms. We still had to kill several bugs, but over many days.

Staff was rude and disrespectful. I tried to check in and the guy at the counter was extremely rude requesting more money when I already paid then telling me to go somewhere else when I asked further questions. Unmentioned deposit was DEMANDED upon arrival. I could not even go inside to check in, it was through a window on the outside. This is not a safe environment for kids. I would not recommend bring your family here to stay for a vacation. I should have listened to the bad reviews but I just wanted a cheap place to stay while in Orlando for the night. I had to find a new place to stay at 2 am.
