The owners/management are so kind, patient, and helpful that’s why I choose to stay here for business and now relocating . Ma. Mai Le and an older man who cleans the rooms are a blessing. The gentleman who does building gardening/construction etc is so kind and attentive and truly shows his care and skills. The location is rough only if you do not have access to a car. Highly recommend this safe and clean space.

I knew what I was paying, so anyone acting like they’re at the Ritz needs to adjust their expectations. I stopped by to make sure I found the right place at 9am before a business meeting, and they let me check in! Who does that?! The Regal 8. |Not much traffic, but it’s a small town and I appreciate it. Everyone I have come in contact with has been so helpful and polite. If you find yourself in Lincoln and you’re looking for a budget motel - this is the spot.

Place is a dump , tv doesn't work , then big dog barking next door . They would not give a refund even though it was only 5 pm . Very rude and shirked off being helpful . He had his money that's all he cared about .

I booked through Expedia. When I arrived, the manager said my room was cancelled and he couldn’t do anything about it, even though my room was available. I called Expedia who said the room was NOT cancelled. They talked back and forth with the hotel manager and me and decided to cancel through them so that I could re-book with him directly. As soon as I hung up with Expedia, he said someone else just booked the room and I’d have to pay more for another. According to him, someone called the previous morning and had a three-way call with “me,” him, and Expedia and cancelled the reservation. Expedia has no record of such a call and ensures no changes were made to my reservation until I arrived and called. He tried to just send me away saying Expedia would refund me eventually! If I could give more than 1 star I would. We booked this for a vendor that was suppose to have a room for 5 nights, and the room was booked over a week prior to the stay. When arriving the lady at the desk stated that there was no reservation that it was canceled- although we were given a confirmation # and an email as well as a 24hrs prior confirmation to check in they showed it cancelled. We booked this through Expedia and they called the hotel as they showed it still active-the hotel refused to talk to the rep from Expedia about the reservation and just kept stating "No room you cancel" In the meantime I have a rep there needing a room and he was out of luck there because magically they were sold out- refused to honor the cancel policy too, after over 2hrs I was able to get my money
