Redfish LOFT

I just saw this Facebook site for the Redfish Inn, and even though our stay there was a couple of years ago, I wanted to provide a review based on our memorable mini-vacation there. We had a wonderful experience at the Redfish loft and at the restaurant below the loft. The loft is beautiful and contains many unique features and pieces of handcrafted artwork, in a very private and comfortable setting. Talk about a wonderfully relaxing get-away! The loft is the only rental available on the property so there is definitely privacy and no shared walls, and after the restaurant closes for the night, all you have is the sound of the wind and the sea. They have a fantastic view of the ocean! The facade, interior design, pretentious menu descriptions, and price suggests a positive culinary experience, however, the price per portion ratio is ridiculous and the flavour doesn't close the gap. The menu was inventive but sparse and disappointing. The service was kind but they were slow and unattentive. Overall, I regretted the meal and the expense and would have settled for the view by the welcome center.

Fantastic food, tasted really fresh. There was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it. The drink menu is also amazing. The view tlfrom the patio is exceptional, however a bit windy. 10/10 would recommend

Imagine living in a art decorated loft overlooking the beach with magnificent ocean views. The surf breaking lulling you to sleep. Sliding doors opening to a balcony that invites the sea in. Comfy leather couch with soft blanky, gas fireplace, and big screen t.v. Very comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. An elevated soaking tub with views of the sea and a large tiled shower too! Not to mention room service from the best restaurant in town downstairs Redfish! Ok you cant live here, but you can stay here a night or two!

Great place and great views! Would have loved to try the restaurant but didn't realize they were closed on the days we booked - next time!
