don't believe those reviews, this place is a dump: obvious year round residents (who are very rude and very unfriendly) who leave trash all over. grounds are not kept up. I was very disappointed

This is a great place to stay at an amazing price! Management was awesome, and was always around. They were quick to fix any issues that came up and were so kind. It is family run and the surroundings are really gorgeous. We were parked right by the river. Everyone at the park was super friendly. We used the laundry facilities frequently and without any issues. There isn’t a lot of cell service, but we used our cell signal booster and had no issues! It’s right up the road from Cape Blanco State Park, Ray’s grocery store, and a laundry mat. It is dog friendly as well! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through or looking to visit the area!

We really enjoyed our 2 nights at this out of the way RV park. It's older and 90% of the people are permanent tenants. But Conrad was very accommodating and helpful. This park is most popular during the fishing season as it's right on the Elk River. The spaces are large, level, and pretty well screened for privacy. The bath/shower rooms are older but clean and free. Also a Laundromat is available. It's near Port Orford but because it's within a 350 acre partial, you feel like you're a long ways from town. Very quiet and people were very friendly. It could use some love, but it's a nice place to stay for a few days. I don't suggest it for families with small children as there isn't much for them to do if you're not going fishing.

Things are deteriorating here tremendously. Only one stall in bathroom worked out of 3. Laundry only has one washer and one dryer and old clothes are piled up on one of them. Potholes are bigger than ever. Dogs running loose daily. My dog was on leash and rushed by 2 border collies visiting the OWNERS. When I reminded them if leash rules posted they got belligerent. Path down to river closed due to downed trees. Office personnel only there minimal hours during week. He dies a fine job, but they need someone there more. I have visited here multiple times last few years. After last week seeing how bad things are, I won't be back.

Warning: If you have a big coach you will receive scratches, both on your sides and roof top, this is because of the very over grown tree branches. We have stayed in over 450 RV Parks while traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach. This was our first visit here staying three nights (site 38).||(1) Dust, some parks are so dusty that even after just a couple nights your unit needs a bath, the dust on our coach was above average, this was because the sites are placed amongst beautiful pines trees. The roads are dirt, sand, and loose gravel, which did not help either. ||(2) Level pads, big coaches need paved or thick gravel pads that are level. We give this park 5-stars for the level pad, but only 3-stars because the pad consisted of loose gravel & dirt. This park has space very generous space
