Entirely sufficient room for the price we paid. Priced out of Miami that weekend, due to an event that reduced availability and pushed up prices (it was a last minute stay) so headed back to Naples. Good location, exterior was fine, buildings are aging but the grounds were well kept and the landscaping around the pool was maintained. Room was comfortable, didn't expect luxury for the price we paid. Agoda indicated our upgraded room would have free snacks though they weren't there, it was a small premium, but perhaps they need to coordinate with the property to ensure their listings are accurate. Positive: Worst hotel experience of my life most of their rooms are filled with barking dogs, drug addicted, loud inconsiderate people staying up all night I didn’t sleep in my 2 nights there plus they moved me 4 times in one night because of so much noise! Negative: Yes everything was horrible worst hotel management I have ever seen in my life walls are so think you could hear everything coming from neighboring rooms dogs everywhere smelled like piss!

I left the room at 9am and came back at 7.15pm to find my room as I left it. Nobody make and/or cleaned my bedroom and when i called the front desk the guy said :”I am not responsible for it”! 😡

The location is good and it's just okay for the money room is clean, beds are good, TV is too small, bathroom could use a little updating. The pool is nice and the hot tub is nice so that's a plus. My TV wasn't working and maintenance did not speak a lick of English. Two nights for 125 a night not too bad for the area. I would rate it a 7.8

This hotel was nothing like what was advertised. From the moment we arrived, we felt uncomfortable. The property looked very run-down and nothing like the pictures online. After checking in and receiving our room key, we walked toward our room. As soon as we got out of the car, there was an older man outside with no shoes on, staring at my girlfriend and me in a very unsettling way. We ignored it and continued to our room, but on the way we passed a neighboring room that looked completely trashed, as if someone had been living there for months. At that point, we already felt unsafe. When we entered our room, it was the final straw. The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos we booked from.
