Red Roof PLUS+ & Suites Guilford

Good location, easy parking, very good price, nice help, the room was super clean and bigger than expected! Will definitely recommend. Only odd thing was lack of bar soaps in the bathroom, or dish soaps and dish towels for the kitchenette. I really liked the layout of the room as well. Cheers.

I very rarely will write reviews (maybe I never felt the STRONG urge to do so). This motel is by far the worst my husband and I have ever visited. Dirty is a light word to use for the condition of this property. For an overnight stay that cost $175 we would have been more comfortable staying in our car at a rest stop. Outdated furniture, dirty bed linens, sticky floors, chewed furniture, cigarette burns and dog fur. A barking dog woke us at 7am. My husband got up and said “ I’m jumping in the shower, I can’t get out of here quick enough! Sorry from Red Roof means nothing since reviews dating back to 2016 repeat the same complaints. Wish we would have read them and not just went by the pictures on line from THEIR WEBSITE!|I would say if the board of health and building inspector visited thi

Positive: The staff were very kind and helpful when I reported a window that did not close. Negative: There was no breakfast available. The outdoor stairwells were not lighted - very dangerous after dark. There was debris on the ledge near the stairwell. The sink in my room was plugged - did not drain fast. No elevator to a second floor room.

We are so very grateful for all of the staff here!! We had no issues at all, the room was clean, huge TV , two beds, couch and a small table .They allowed our dog to stay with no issues. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. If you need to stay at a hotel in the area you will not regret staying here, they are clean, housekeeping is on the ball with cleaning the room and stocking up on what you need. We are forever grateful to the owners and staff at Guilford Red Roof Inn 💕

In town for large event in Guilford. Pictures misleading. It is a MOTEL with some people LIVING in the rooms. Room was, for lack of a better word, gross. Did not want to touch anything but beds as the sheets and towels looked clean. Chairs were badly stained, drips/drops of dried liquid on walls, door jambs dirty, sticky floor. Would not walk without shoes or sit anywhere during the trip...only say on the bed. Staff was friendly, but this does not make up for the condition of the room. A DEEP clean is bay needed.
