I love it here it's clean rooms great customer service and it's pet friendly I have a pit bull she's pretty big but the staff here fell in love with how well behaved my dog is some of the staff petted her they are amazing the cleaning staff are great they make sure you have everything you need Thank You Red Roof Inn for an amazing stay.

We stayed here a couple of months back. I have been a fan of RR for many years. However, this place has become like many others; run down from allowing long term dopers to reside here. While the staff was reasonably polite, the place was nasty with trash strewn everywhere. It wreaked of the stench of marijuana and alcohol. If you have a pet, they stick you right in with the dopers. We couldnt get out of there fast enough. When leaving, we walked out with our luggage and had to make nasty people get off our car. Nope, I wont be back.

Avoid at all cost. Entire hotel smelled of thick weed smoke. Our hair and clothes reeked upon leaving. There were no pillows for our second bed. When I requested the missing pillows, the front desk said there were none available. If it weren’t in the middle of the night and I wasn’t desperate for a place to sleep, I would have demanded a refund and left. Disgusting, weed smoke house, disguised as a hotel.

Positive: Close to Shoppie and restaurants Negative: The first room that we had at this hotel was room 133. The door was able to be open without a card by just pushing on it.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and displayed a positive attitude, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I did notice a strong, unpleasant odor in the elevator and hallway areas. It was quite overwhelming and detracted from the otherwise good experience. Later, I realized the smell was likely due to someone smoking marijuana in the building. I understand it can be difficult to control guest behavior, but I hope you can take steps to better manage this issue in the future to ensure a more enjoyable environment for all guests.
