Bad experience. On the day of my travel, I received an email stating that my reservation was canceled and I might be charged. I never canceled it. I called the hotel, and Glenda was horrible. She couldn't care less and didn’t want to help. It seemed the credit card on file with the Hilton app recently expired without my knowledge. Glenda said they were near full and offered to rebook at a higher price. I booked this hotel several months ago, but it was canceled without any communication to me. I requested to speak with a manager, but she directed me to voicemail, and I still haven't received a callback. I called Hilton customer service, who were great. The representative was very surprised that my reservation was canceled. She was able to rebook me at the original rate I booked. Customer

Almost every person I encountered that was a staff member of the hotel (with the exception of the cleaning staff) was rude and flippant. They are totally unconcerned with customer satisfaction and they have no interest in resolving issues (including a lack of hot water). It’s as if their job is not tied to a customer service industry where people are trying to feel comfortable when away from home. I have stayed at this hotel five times so far- all due to work- and my experience has been the exact same each time. I do not recommend this hotel because the staff acts like they are doing their customers a favor by being there on the job

Positive: Pleasantly quite and friendly. Negative: Continental breakfast should be longer especially when traveling with elderly and disabled clients. Better ability to book handicapped rooms.

Cleaning crew does not clean rooms properly. Food crumbs were left behind and pillowcase was dirty. It is time to throw out the desk chair. I went down to talk to the front desk about this and was told I would have to wait until the manager came in tomorrow… Very disappointed in the lack of customer service all the way around.

We stayed here once before and enjoyed the room and service. This time however wasn’t what we expected from what many have called a mid level hotel. The room looked dated( especially the bathroom) and it was just mediocre. The location is great as you have access to many eateries, hospital, highways etc. What we didn’t like was the absence of a welcoming smile and sharing with us the amenities available. It’s always good to see and hear those things. We enjoyed a good shower and night’s rest. Upon leaving, the desk clerk didn’t even look up at us and greet us with a good morning. She only asked if we’d like our receipt emailed to us. They can definitely do better.
