Front desk staff is amazing--friendly and helpful. I booked a second stay before I finished my first. Rooms are clean and tidy, although the property is aging somewhat. The rooms even have my favorite brand of coffee. Great bargain! Pet friendly! LGBTQ+ friendly.

Positive: I received a handicap accessible room. It was actually bigger and nicer than your regular rooms. The extra add pace in the bathroom was nice. We received a first floor room as requested. Negative: I had to park around the corner

My husband I and I have been driving cross country two to four times a year for decades. We always stop at this Inn. Our stay at this Red Roof Inn NEVER disappoints! The staff are all wonderful starting with the kind and professional reception desk. Check in is always a snap, The cleaning staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are extremely clean and well appointed. The grounds are very well kept and safe! Deborah manages this Red Roof so well and always makes sure we are comfortable and happy. This is the best Red Roof Inn we have even stayed in-Five stars from check in to check out. Thank you!!

The hotel staff makes us feel at home. Rooms are clean, spacious, and have all the amenities we needed. The hotel has surpassed all my expectations! The staff is welcoming and has been accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants. Ms. Debra, the hotel manager, is amazing and has such amazing hospitality. She takes a lot of pride in her location and staff. Shea, Katie, Brandy, and Desiree, the front office staff are all amazing people who greet everyone with a warm smile. The maintenance and housekeeping team here are also wonderful people. They all work so hard to make sure this hotel is a beautiful place to stay whether it is for a short or long term stay. I highly recommend this location to everyone!!

I booked a 10 night stay here because I’m not from area and the ad on booking.com stated clean rooms in a good area..great area but the second I checked in my room I saw animal prints, hairs, blood stains and other stains all over bed. The smoke detector was covered as if someone was smoking in room and the tv did not work. 5 minutes in the room and I got bit by bed bugs. I had to get rid of everything I had because they also had bugs in it. I’m very disgusted with this place and would never recommend anyone to stay here. I returned the key within 10 minutes of receiving it but they refuse to give me any type of refund .. I paid $722. I had to sleep in my car until I could borrow some money from family to get a new place to stay . Now booking.com and hotel keeps going back and forth about
