My experience at this location was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The overall management and level of professionalism displayed by the staff were far below what should be expected from a nationally recognized brand. There appeared to be a clear lack of leadership, accountability, and operational standards. Customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, and it was evident that proper training and oversight are lacking. The way this property is being managed does not align with the reputation Red Roof promotes. If this is a franchised location, the franchise owner should seriously reevaluate how it is being operated, as it reflects poorly on the entire brand. I would hope corporate leadership takes a closer look at this property to ensure it meets the standards customer

While I waited to pick up a friend in the middle of the morning a man was harassing people for a ride and money in the parking lot, specifically women who were there alone. When I dropped her off, same situation another man. This is behind a stop and shop in an industrial park, used to be a safe quiet spot off the highway but times have changed

This is a very clean Red Roof Inn. It is an interior corridor property. To try and get my steps in on a dreary day, I chose to take the steps. I was pleasantly surprised to find the stairways to be just as clean and maintained as my room. The staff members were very nice and directed me to a few good places to eat. There is even a grocery store right next door. They have an outdoor pool when it is in season.

This is a great spot to stay if you’re going to a game or concert at Gillette. While they do have shuttle services that will pick you up and drop you back off, it’s also a quick and easy drive. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy and maybe a little tired but they were clean. Lots of dogs at the hotel, none that were bothersome in any way but good to be aware of if allergies are a concern. Will stay here again when in town for something at Gillette!
