Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Mansfield

Excellent stay. Room was clean. Housekeeping was helpful. My stay was 7 days. Front desk was helpful and they even had a long snow broom so I could clean my van. They kept the area plowed efficiently. I will definitely stay again.

Have stayed here many times and really like this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, though liquid hand soap instead of a bar would be more hygienic. Breakfast bakery items could be better quality and have healthier ingredients for the price the hotel charges, rather than something you can find at a gas station. But otherwise the hotel atmosphere is nice and calm and staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is pretty decent and I love that it has a pool. Great location too.

We had a wonderful experience! We had block of rooms for a team. Luke helped set it up. He was polite, professional, and an excellent communicator. Erin at the front desk assisted us with a smooth check in. She was lovely, polite, and professional as well. The hotel was extremely clean and everyone was friendly. Great job to all!

Loved this Hotel. We stayed early October 2025, We had a bad experience at a different area hotel chain, we left the dirty hotel to spend our remaining time at the Marriott Fairfield. Marriott had one suite left, we were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was wonderful. Quiet rooms although very full hotel. Convenient to the highway. My family enjoyed the breakfast bar. Parking was a little short, that is the only thing they could use more of. Staff seems happy to work there and were always very helpful, front desk was extremely helpful. Price for suite was comparable to market value. I will stay again when in Massachusetts.
