Red Roof Inn & Suites Swansea

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Red roof inn , and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm, friendly service that made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I could need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked minibar. It was clear that the hotel really cares about its guests. There was a slight delay in checking-in as the receptionist received a phone during the process. So he took that phone call and worked on that instead of putting them on hold. He also didn't know that the room had been paid for and wanted me to pay. I had to tell him that it was already paid for, after which he went back into his system and confirmed. Apart from that, there were no other issues. The roon was clean & spacious, the bathroom was clean and had a lighted mirror. However, it lacked a towel rack to hang new / used (wet) towels. Positive: It was the first hotel that allowed my family a late night last minute checking after we had driven hours from our previous destination on our rodetrip and couldn't stay at our campsite due to weather. We were truly appreciative! Negative: Could use a few more pillows and cleaned alittle better.

Stayed at this location during comic con weekend for Rhode Island. It was conveniently 20mins outside of providence and located nearby lots of stores and restaurants. Area was quiet at night and room was well maintained and clean. Front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend
