Red Roof Inn & Suites Biloxi - Ocean Springs

Positive: Clerk Negative: Bed was small floor was dirty only two towels per room

First, I will say that the manager refunded my room so no complaints there. But, we arrived at 3pm to check in and we were told our jacuzzi room was not ready but he would have the staff clean right away. Came back 1.5 hours later and it was ready. We were tired from traveling all day and were looking forward to relaxing. Room was on the third floor and we were advised to take the steps. That was a mistake. There was a smell that was smoke and bad body odor combined, not pleasant. That should have been my sign to look else where. Went to the room and could tell it was recently cleaned, but upon turning on the lights, we saw the true picture. Broken porcelain sink that had been glued back together, stains on the bed cover, jacuzzi tub was stained and carpet was stained all over. There was a

The service is on point with clean rooms an a relaxing environment. I would say 10/10 for Red Roof Ocean Springs keep it up. Without a thought I would tell you stop in an stay the night!. It's won't disappoint! Thank you again to the staff who make it home!

What a disgusting hotel! The photos speak for themselves. Don't fall for the positive reviews; they're fake. Or maybe these people live like that at home, then they're filthy. The sink is broken, the hairdryer is broken, and there are dirty vegetables on the bed, and there are dirty stains. The hallway is stained, the carpet is dirty, and it stinks. I give it 0 stars.

I really love staying at this hotel. I stay here often and every time.i have a great experience...the manager cashmera is always very kind and very attentive....the rooms are always nice and CLEAN when.i say red roof does cleanliness better than most ive seen i mean just that....every stay every time my room and bathroom is spotless....my other favorite thing about the roof is the beds...they are so freaking comfortable....I often plan to stay for just one night but always end up adding another night just for the comfy beds and ducked off nature of their location....if I had to say anything i.dont like it would be the $30 fee for checking in early...but I think thats pretty much the standard for.every hotel...I would recommend staying here 100 times out of 100 times the cost is amazing...
