Red Roof Inn & Suites Beaumont

Good: Staff are amazing. The check in was fast. The room was remodel from the last stay. The bedding and room where clean and smelled fresh. Bad: They water pressure is low in the shower

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room does not meet the expectations of a worthy price of ----. The non smoking rooms smelled of smoke and there was no TV.

We wanted to post a couple photos from our room just to add some balance to the photos taken by the owners, or photoshopped. The room had an overpowering smell of disinfectant, not sure what they were covering up. Corporate needs to step up their game and take a look at this location, could be a really nice place. Other than that, we were able to sleep and get outta there quickly the next morning.

So I’m a little late posting this, and I never stayed here. I just delivered a door dash order. This is one of the most disgusting hotel/motels I’ve ever stepped foot in. for starters, the elevator malfunctioned and wouldn’t move and kept opening and closing its doors with me in it. Taking the stairs, the dirt outside was literally cleaner. There was tools everywhere, cigarette butts, random trash like coke bottle and chip bags,and god as my witness a used condom. I’m pregnant, and had to use the bathroom and couldn’t hold it any longer so I decided to try their bathroom. Big fat nope, it looked like someone had shaved in there, pee on the seat and all over the floor. And the two employees that were there were leaning on the counter chatting it up doing absolutely nothing. I can only imag

I am writing this post on behalf of Gary Price due to him being the one staying in the room. Hotel is horrible. Roaches was in shower, microwave, and icebox. Paid for kitchenette and stove didn't work. Front desk personel was horrible. General Manager (Echo)would not reinverse me for dirty rooms. Smoke smell in rooms
