Red Roof Inn Rockingham

In September, a business trip took me to Rockingham, where I stayed at the Red Roof Inn. The location was ideal. The hotel's recent renovations were noticeable. The rooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable, and the daily housekeeping service was impressive. Desiree and Sierra were friendly and helpful, doing an excellent job of maintaining the rooms and property. I would definitely recommend this motel.

Where do I even begin... if I had the choice to stay at Red Roof Inn Rockingham and the behind a seafood market dumpster in August, I would choose the latter. After a questionable check in process, we made our way to our room. We go to scan the keycard and the light on the door turns green, but doesn't open when we turn the knob to go inside. We go back to the lobby to tell the employee that the keycard doesn't work. He follows us back to our room with another patron who's having the same exact issue. As we're leading the way across the parking lot back to our room, I notice he's not beside us anymore, but that he stopped at someone's truck (there were several people hanging around this truck) and was bottoms up with a bottle of liquor. The hotel was very nice and very clean. In the beginning of the week i couldnt find the other hotel i was staying at in towm. I stopped at red roof inn to ask where it was. The woman working the front desk was very nice, helpful, and polite. She told me exactly where the other hotel was. I was happy to tell her i was staying at the red roof inn later in the week. I met the owner and she was very nice and very helpful. 10 out of 10 experience.

Stayed here back in the beginning of October. Definitely will stay here again anytime I'm in town or passing through Staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. It was more than obvious the housekeepers take pride in their work and work hard at keeping the rooms extremely clean.and smelling good. Beds were very comfortable. I believe the housekeepers names were Desiree and Sierra. Good job ladies! It's obvious u take pride in your work! I'll definitely be back.

Pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful with my need to change rooms. Everything was fine in the room. Good value.
