Red Roof Inn Montgomery - Midtown

I had an excellent stay at this motel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The room service was outstanding—quick, friendly, and attentive. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Positive: "" Negative: My room was changed twice because of the condition of the room. Both rooms smelled liked marijuana. The 3rd room the sheets were ripped and stained. There was a roach crawling in and out of the air conditioning vent and one on the wall.

Horrible experience. 1st the room key didn't work. Once we got in the room had not been cleaned. There was dirty laundry, towels, etc and dirty bedding left crumpled up on the bed. Nasty toilet and shower including previous occupants grossness. And the smell was terrible, for sure stale tobacco or other scents. Website and front desk says they are smoke free hotel. We demanded a refund and went elsewhere. The clerk who could barely speak English wanted to give us a different room instead of a refund. I do have photos but can't load them right now.

The room was obviously newly renovated.It was clean and fresh. New curtains and shower curtain. My room faced a very busy street, but I used my white noise app. It looks like they are systematically upgrading their rooms. There are several walking distance food options. I am very satisfied.

I had to check out within 2 hrs of getting there. Roaches are all over the room. Tried sleeping and the roaches were climbing on me while in the bed. Would never recommend this place. Floors were also sticky. The covers had mildew on them. Mattress is very badly stained as well. Disgusting to say the least.
