Red Roof Inn Madison Heights, VA

Positive: Literally nothing. Negative: Literally everything. The lobby was filthy. The hallways were filthy. The parking lot seemed dangerous. The room was a nightmare: pubes and bugs in the bed; black mold in the shower; holes in the walls stuffed with toilet paper; weed smoke everywhere.

We have stayed twice now and each time Rondell made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. He is truly amazing with his customer service. We will already choose this location even though we currently live in Lynchburg it’s nice to have a little getaway once in awhile. The hotel was clean, Rondell was amazing and we were very satisfied!!

Location was great rooms were OK. I stayed almost 2 weeks for work and went home for the weekend and Red Roof KEPT MY DEPOSIT OF $100.00. The reasoning smelled cigarette smoke in room and SUPPOSEDLY FOUND HALF A CIGARETTE IN THE BED. LOL THAT IS SUCH BS AS I DO NOT EVEN SMOKE. WAY TO GO RED ROOF YOU JUST LOST BUISNESS BECAUSE YOU LIE. WE WILL BE STAYING AT ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA AS WELL AS MY CO-WORKERS. AGAIN NICE JOB!!

The staff was friendly and quick with check in. They stay was awful. The main lobby had buckets and towels all over due to roof leaks. Room had mold in shower and a lot of unfinished details from a bad remodel i guess. Hard to sleep at night as there was a lot of lound music coming from other room all hours of the night. I didnt feel safe there and i didn't feel the staff really cared about the guests safety either. Staed for 3 days and we never onced had anyone change our towels or linens. We will NEVER be back.I would rather stay in my car! Not worth the money!

I've stayed here a few times over the the last few years, the location is great, and would absolutely stay again. Not only is it pet friendly, its affordable, and comes with a great staff. They even helped us jump our vehicle when we left a light on. The front desk staff, Rondell, Christy, and Lisa, were friendly and welcoming, but also attentive to our needs, and went beyond their duties assisting with our vehicle. They refused to accept a monetary tip... all the more reason I felt the need to mention here. ...we had an extended stay this trip, close to two weeks...my room was clean, parking is convenient, and I had no issues with neighbors or noise. Everything you need is close and within minutes, and a dog park and playground is right around the corner. This will be our go to any
