Knights Inn Madison Heights, VA

Where to start? My friend and I recently stayed at the Madison Heights Virginia location for 4 nights. The draw, extremely affordable at $80 per night and we are on a budget due to last minute trip for my friends mothers health...not worth it. The room was filthy. The bathtub dripped, the toilet leaked and we had to flush twice every time for it to flush. I realize this isn't the top of the line establishment but I shouldn't pull back "fresh" covers to find dirt. Had we not been exhausted from driving overnight we would have left immediately. There was even a random pile of yuck in the corner of the room, no battery cover on remote. We suggest putting tape or something on it so the batteries don't just randomly fall out. Nor should there be a "permanent" ring around the tub. The mic

The hotel is terrible needs to be shut down! I will be reporting the health department all the stains on mattress and the conditions. Just because you put new floors in doesn’t mean anything The hotel an owners should be ashamed of themselves for allowing or even advertising this place to the public. This place is amazing! All the staff are awesome. We had to stay there while looking for a place to rent so they pretty much saved our lives. I dont know where we would've been with out them. They have great weekly rates and great nightly rates too. They're pet friendly too.

Positive: The staff Negative: The room I was put in a room that was in the back where you hear people coming and going the fridge was very dirty so couldn’t put anything in it the bathrooms toilet didn’t look like they cleaned it

The staff here is incredibly nice! Rooms are great and the price is the best in the area. Decent location right across from a gas station that has really good food with a bunch of other solid food places within 2 miles.
