Red Roof Inn Kimball, TN - I-24

Convenient location. We were traveling with an elderly dog and was happy we were accommodated with a main floor room. Room was clean for the most part which is most important to us. Don’t know what was on the bathroom door and around it. Looked like it needed a good cleaning. Looked like the rooms are being updated somewhat but the quality of the work is not there. Would probably stay there again only if we’re traveling with a dog. Red Roof Inn does not charge for the first dog and it’s inexpensive for just a one night stay.

We were going to stay the night after working all day. Pulled into their truck parking area and was trying to get the truck parked b4 we went in. They came out screaming at us to get out of there and to never come back. Like really dude?? Is that how you treat all of your customers. Apparently they don't like or serve truck drivers, so if you are one, I would steer clear of this place or they will call the cops on you. They will also flip you off. They did it to us.

Needs lots of work. Door didn't close tight. Flooring was raised up at a seam. Bathroom had a hole in the wall and the bathroom door knob was backward and the door would not close. The bath tub had a hole in the top edge. I will say the TV was good and so was the heat. It was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable.

Positive: Location, needed a room quickly after being stuck in traffic/ construction jams for over 1 hour on the interstate-- late at night--awful. Negative: Seriously, they don't even see fit to have a holder for the toilet paper? It was just on top of the tank-- NOT ideal for any woman to reach! The vinyl floor was also peeling away. Pay some attention to maintenance and maybe people can have a nice stay.

I had a great stay at Red Roof Inn Kimball! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is convenient—close to the highway, restaurants, and gas stations, which made traveling much easier. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay for both short and long trips. Highly recommended for its value and hospitality!
