Red Roof Inn Jacksonville, AL

This is my first time staying here since the converted from the Gamecovk Inn. I was pleasantly surprised. They completely remodeled the rooms.I had a king bed that was really comfy. The room is completely handicap friendly. No narrow doors and a wheel chair accessible shower. The only disappointment was the TV. It was bare bones cable. And the other thing is something that a lot of motels are doing. No coffee pot in the room. You have to go to the office for coffee.

Positive: Receptionist was so cordial and made a special effort to get us a room on ground level, avoiding stairs. Negative: No cups, bathroom needed better cleaning, especially the floor and corners, bath door is coming apart at the bottom. Room 203

this could easily be a 5 star budget motel if they just stepped up their cleaning properly. this was the best sleep i have had in a motel - it was quiet, room temperature was perfect, bed was comfortable (i do bring my own pillow always though). the location is great. the rooms look like they have been renovated and all the furniture and appliances are nice and new. however- all the towels looked filthy and there were stains on the bed/shower curtain and i could tell the desk hadn’t really been cleaned off. if staff can clean thoroughly this would be a top tier motel in my opinion, it was otherwise a really great stay.

It’s the best place to live in Jacksonville Alabama. The location is perfect everything is nearby and the rooms are perfect. I can say it is better than any motel I stayed. And price is good.
