Customer Reviews
I had a great experience at this location. I booked 4 nights. The location is close to several food options and a walmart. They offer a standard hotel breakfast, which had different options each day. The front desk staff were always professional and helpful, especially Tonya - she was phenomenal during check in and check out. For pets, they have a large field in the front of the hotel and pet stations on every side of the building. Highly recommended and will book again for my next trip!
When I arrived at 7 PM, I was told by the front desk that there was no hot water nor would there be any hot water during my stay. When I asked why was not contacted the desk attendant said “my bad.“ I was given three options: cancel my reservation at no penalty, 25% off my stay or Hilton Honors points. If you were going to stay here, don’t think of Hilton think more of an out of the way motel.
When my daughter and I walked into our room, we immediately had to turn around and walk out because of the strong odor of weed. It was so bad that we could not stay in that room. I had to request to be moved to another room. |I was going to wash my face with the bar soap they provide, but when I took it out of the box, it was already soapy and wet, so obviously, they put a used bar of soap back in the box. The fire alarm went off several times late that night. I tried to call the front office to see if we needed to evacuate, but the phone didn't work; it actually had a hole where it was supposed to be plugged into the wall. Then, around midnight, the power went out. The next morning, we needed ice. The ice machines on the 3rd and 2nd floors were out of order. Needless to say, I wi
Very nice, clean rooms, breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Service was exceptional. Arielle at the front desk was very informative about the town and surrounding area. She even told me about a road that goes to to the local mountain top. I took the 12 minute ride for a beautiful view. Beautiful area.
Friendly staff, very good breakfast selection and tasty too. Clean comfortable rooms. No frills, but everything you would need. I would not hesitate to stay here again
