Red Roof Inn Fort Worth South

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I stayed there because there were positive ratings. But they MUST be faked. The place is a dump. Old, dingy, dirty, small, and stained. Did I mention dirty. There was a spider web above the outside door with three carcasses in it. There was a dead beetle upside down in the shower. Battery missing from the smoke detector. I was tempted to leave and sleep in my car.

Positive: The price, but that’s about it Negative: The cockroaches were not welcome. Absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was horrible too roaches everywhere immediately left.

This venue is in need of updating. We stayed in Room 155 the mattress was so thin it was similar to sleeping on a sofa bed. I laid down the mattress squeezed to the box spring. The bathroom door was not closed, it was not measured and fitted correctly. The bath tub was slippery as hell and there was no shower traction tape on the tub bottom. There were circle marks where they were. It is obvious the franchisee is new to the country; he does not know American standards for cleanliness. The staff member that worked when I arrived was very passive aggressive, he has no clue of customer service. How he behaved, he did not want to be there, he is helping family and it is not his choice. It is sad the motel industry is in decline since most of the franchisees are from a third world nation, that

Red Roof is exactly what you want, clean, affordable, and convenient. The bed is comfortable, and the room has a refrigerator, microwave and Wi-Fi . I have always felt safe. Thank you Red Roof

NEVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL DISGUISED AS A HOTEL. THE MANAGER USES PROFANITY AND USES CURSE WORDS WITH CUSTOMERS! 1-Roaches 2-Dirty 3-Constant Noise 4-Key Door Issues 5-Language Barriers( Because some employees don't really understand English) 6-Satellite issueS with TV when the Weather Changes 7-Constant Attitudes from Employees when the TV Remotes Malfunction 8-Rooms Smell Horrible 9-Employees do UNWANTED Room checks even when Guests are sleeping 10-Force you out of your rooms to Clean, even if Guests are sleep on the weekends. 11-Staff are very Disrespectful (DO NOT STAY THERE!!!) (Try other Hotels along I-35W) (I WOULDN'T LET MY WORST ENEMY STAY THE NIGHT THERE)
