Red Roof Inn Fort Worth - Saginaw

I am a long-time Red Roof Inn rewards member and have stayed at this brand many times. I was denied lodging at this location after disclosing that I was traveling with a trained service animal. At check-in, the desk agent stated that service animals are counted as pets and attempted to deny my reservation on that basis. This statement is factually incorrect and inconsistent with federal ADA law as well as Red Roof Inn’s own published service animal policy. Only after I cited ADA law and read the company’s policy aloud did the agent reverse course. Following this, the agent became hostile and made dismissive remarks, including stating, “you get what you pay for,” and suggesting I stay elsewhere. At that point, the interaction had become unprofessional and retaliatory, and I no longer felt

Budget friendly. Staff is cooperative and welcoming. Rooms are okay for the price. |Room has a mini refrigerator, microwave, TV, and a small coffee maker. Cheaper and best. Restaurants are near by. And there have a huge parking . Near to the airport

It's pretty bare bones, but then there's a reason it's the least expensive room around. The staff was reasonably attentive during my two-night stay and it was quiet. The bed had a good matress, the television and TV worked and the 'fridge kept my stuff cold. One problem: The outside "Must use your card to enter" door was broken and would not lock. That worried me, but I didn't have any problems. It's okay for me, but if my wife was with me I'd probably spend the extra money and go to a nicer place.

I had given this location a 5 rating upon checking in for 2 nights stay. If I could I would change that rating to -5. Reasons why the heater didn't work correctly but the big reason is security, when I returned the room my key didn't work, I was told that there was a woman in my room so housekeeper put my bags in the laundry room. The clerk was confused. I was very disappointed considering red roof inn had a Great name at one time.

Don't ever book here. We booked a king w a jetted tub via hotels.com. Went to check in...they have no jetted tubs. Anywhere on site. So we left. This shady hotel is still refusing to refund my stay...that never happened, because they have no rooms of that type.
