Red Roof Inn Dry Ridge

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly - Good - Bed was comfortable, Bathroom was clean, The keycard worked well , Pets are Free, AC worked great, Staff are pleasant Bad - No coffee in room (despite online room description saying there was); Front desk staff not always at front desk, no elevator. Ugly - The hotel and grounds are just in disrepair. It is a budget hotel and not the place for you if you want to feel pampered. For a good night's sleep it's fine.

Positive: Staff was friendly Negative: You sit on the edge of the beds, and they would fly up on the other side and you would be on the floor. The floors were sticky and dirty (took a shower walked to the beds and your feet would be dirty. The whole place inside smelled of cigarette smoke

The whole building needs to be condemned.! Effective immediately. Roaches on the floor, stink bugs hanging around, nasty tub, nasty door, locks not safe, it was huge gap in the doorframe on multiple doors... do I need to proceed to go on? This was the worse place for anyone. Paint peeling off the doors, got a neighborhood cat in the lobby. This doesn't even deserve the 1 star option. Its poor that I wouldn't even recommend the homeless to sleep there. No way, there are regular bug inspections, it was disgusting to begin

My husband and I were driving all night to get to a family reunion for Christmas. Our car broke down and we were exhausted. We stopped by several other hotels and they were not willing to check us in until 3pm. This was 8 am. We took a chance and stopped as a last resort so exhausted. I wanted to give up and just sleep in the car but the person at the Red Roof Inn saw that I was close to tears because I was so exhausted, took pity on us and allowed us to check in. I hope that I don't get her in trouble because she really saved us from driving sleep deprived. I truly am so thankful to her for allowing us to sleep and get to our family safely! That was a true spirit of Christmas. Thank you!!

I have no complaints. Cleanest bathtub I've ever seen. Front desk help went above and beyond to help in any way. 5 stars
