Red Roof Inn Dalton

Safe, clean, quiet and comfortable— pretty much all that I am looking for in a motel. I was allowed to check in a little early. Given 2 bottles of water. The room, bedding and towels were clean. Good heat. Good hot water.

We were greeted with a friendly face, the room was spotless and cozy! It was nice to see all of the families with pets here as there is no extra charge for them! Our waffle at the free breakfast was amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was a very unfortunate experience in comparison to the other Red Roof Inns I had stayed. The room was filthy. There was a dead roach on the floor. Crumbs were all over the chair. The other two upholstered chairs in the room were very dirty and stained. We were also double charged for the room. I called only to reserve the room, and my friend checked in that evening and gave them her credit card. The next morning when she checked out she was charged for the room and I also was charged for the room for just reserving.

Positive: Location was good and sheets were nice Negative: The side chair was filthy. Wooden furniture was very beat up. Noisy at night

I just needed one night close to convention center. Booked the hotel but was late in the evening in checking in. I had no choice but to try to sleep. The first floor room was the AWFUL. It was like someone had spread cigarette ashes all over the floor. Massively dirty and stank to high heaven. I tried to sleep with my head under the blanket to keep from smelling this crap. The tub was cracked at the bottom, so black mold had to be growing. early in the morning, I decided I could not take it anymore and slept in my truck.
