Red Roof Inn Buffalo - Niagara Airport

Positive: What we expected for the price, comfortable bed, room was clean, friendly staff. Good for the one night we stayed. Negative: Room was small, as was bathroom. Scalding hot water! So Beware! Off the beaten path. Had to hold handle down to flush toilet.

I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but this was an awful experience. I don’t expect much from motels. But I do expect basic cleanliness and decent customer service. We stayed here one night due to a snow storm that interrupted our travels. False advertising to the max! Pictures advertised do NOT look like the rooms. Our room was dirty. Hair and stains on the sheets. The floor made our BLACK socks turn WHITE… odd smell in room. No microwave. Shower did not get hot, or even warm stayed ice cold even after being on for 15 min. No basic toiletries (washcloths, hand towels), there was one single towel in the unit. Could not reach customer service. Was hung up on 3 times.. Spent $100 for a disgusting room and unsafe environment.

We stayed here years ago and had no issues. We recently stayed here for a shopping trip and it was awful! The room was filthy and horribly taken care of. Pathetic paint job that didn’t cover the walls but sprayed paint all over the shelves, baseboards and floors. No mat at the door so wet boots on the bare floors. Heat didn’t work properly. Lampshade broken. Lamp base rusted. Drapes inoperable. Never again.

The locations very ideal, with all the stores around and nearby, the atmosphere met up to par standards, and very well maintained. The rooms were managed properly and I enjoyed every day I stayed. The value was definitely at a great rate worth the stay. The cleanliness was at at best kept and tidy. The noise level was always quiet and peaceful. I really wanted to thank the staff there for my long month stay they were very friendly and their customers service was exceptional, on everyday I stayed there they made it very, comfortable, and any amenities that I had asked for or requested the Staff were more than glad and made sure to assist, Just an overall great place to stay!

Absolutely sucks in every way possible!! Don’t book with them. They will take your money and run with it. First we had a terrible problem at check in. It was super cold outside and the first room had no heat. So they switched us to a room that the key didn’t work on. Before finally giving us an atleast decent room altho it was nothing like the description. We also paid for a King specifically and were given a queen. We booked for 6 days and ended up having to leave early to which they absolutely refused any kind of refund. And when I booked I was told I could get a refund for remaining nights if need be. Otherwise I would have never booked. They suck in every way possible!!!
