Edited: it began as a nice pleasant trip but quickly turned sour not too long after. The only 2 positive things I experienced were rooms are nice(although the other side which is just red roof inn and cheaper had newer beds, nightstands, and HVAC systems and were slightly cleaner), the full size fridge was a plus, never used the stove top installed but it was nice knowing it was an option. The one overnight female worker is amazing, each and every interaction I had with her was a pleasant one, and she was very helpful and comforting which is more than I can say about every other employee especially the “day time manager” don’t know her name because she never gave it however she will let you know over and over again that she is “the day time manager” and that she will kick you out. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in the entire country I travel all over the United States and usually stay 14 days in each hotel of this same chain, and I can say without hesitation that the Red Roof Inn in Buffalo, NY was the worst experience of all. The customer service is terrible. The staff simply ignores guests’ requests. I asked several times for housekeeping, and they never cleaned the room. Nothing was done to address any of my concerns. The hygiene and maintenance are extremely poor. They don’t clean the rooms, don’t change the sheets or towels, and they don’t even replace basic items like soap. The room had a bad smell from day one, and despite multiple complaints, no one did anything to fix it. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at across the country, this one was by far the wors

The check-in staff was absolutely wonderful very friendly and very informative. The checkout staff was also very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. It had a regular size refrigerator, microwave, Stove and everything we needed. Just need a few repairs. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality.

Absolute dump. I never leave negative reviews, but feel compelled to issue a warning. Room was dirty upon check-in, including flies and small bees (in October-November). Housekeeping NEVER showed in 10 days, despite requests. Had to purchase toilet paper and launder towels. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. No dresser. Almost no water from kitchen sink faucet, but bathroom toilet would not stop running. Some TV channels are reportedly ‘paid channels,’ including ABC and CBS, but staff could not process payment. Smoke alarm had been ripped from wall. Very loud late at night. Avoid at all cost.

We checked out 3 days early all they would give us back was the 100.00 deposit we still have our receipt and we are owed over 300.00 and we have gotten every excuse in the works on what's going on we get hold to call back every time it's a different excuse they will not give us our money back nor give us an explanation on why we only got the deposit back of 100.00 all we heard all nightlong was doors slamming all hours of the night! Stove hardly worked it was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at it to mention every time we walked out the door there was a dog next to us that tried to attack us a pit bull at that
