Red Roof Inn Baltimore South - Glen Burnie

On Saturday, February 7, 2026 my wife and I stayed at your hotel as we had a cruise booked to leave the next day. Our ship was late arriving on the 8th and we could not board the ship until 5 PM. We informed the staff and they allowed us to stay in our room past the normal check-out time with no charge. This amazed my wife and me as we live in a “it’s all about the dollar” world. The staff was amazing and made sure that our driver delivered us to the port on time. Almost all of the others on our cruise had to either pay for another “night” or go explore Baltimore and return 4 hours later. Also, the driver, Mr. George, was very professional, courteous and helpful! Thank you so much for a great experience.

We needed to stay somewhere as we have our dog with us. When we got to the “hotel”, the manager was very kind. I needed an elevator or first floor for my elderly mother. There were burn marks on the sheets and The bathroom was filthy. Never again.

Awful People who work there are professional and very friendly, except the shuttle diver tot the pier for our cruise The only reason for 2 stars. The room was ok as far as cleanliness. The furniture was very old and worn, the pillows were awful, no filling as all, all 3 of them for a king size bed. No coffee in lobby, although there was a machine. Told there was coffee in the room, there was a coffee maker but nothing else. Then there were the other people we saw staying there. Majority lived there, at lease 3 we saw with pit bull dogs. Never again for a Red Roof

The employees are very kind, however it seems most of the patrons are more likely long term tenants. There are rooms with outdoor decorations, people sitting outside their rooms smoking weed, and I even saw one lady sitting on a chair outside her decorated door passed out to god knows how long. I had seen a few live cockroaches which wasn’t surprising with the location and tenants I’d seen but when I dropped something behind the bed and went to retrieve it I was horrified at the amount of dead roaches accumulated back there. Some of the rooms would reek of dirty cat litter if you were unlucky enough to walk by when the door was open. People stand on the walkways talking loudly late into the night. They should just bite the bullet and make this place studio apartments. At least then unsuspe

Excellent motel! Great location and wonderful staff! Biggest issue is with trying to get clean bedding. You can tell them that you need everything and you’ll literally end up with only a part of what you need. 🤦🏼‍♀️ It can be a hassle.It would be really nice if long term live in’s who actually cared for their rooms could get better discounted rates on their rooms. That would be wonderful. Cause this is a great place! And I’d gladly refer more people to stay here!
