Extended Stay America Suites- Baltimore - Glen Burnie

Decided to stay at this hotel due to a few of the reviews I read and let me just say, the reviews were not completely accurate. The hotel is older, no big deal. My room was on the third floor, the hallway was a little musky, I figured due to it being an older building. The room appeared very clean when we walked in. (I use to work at a hotel, front desk and helped with housekeeping) the housekeeping definitely needs some more work, nothing big but opening the dresser drawers and nightstand, they definitely didn’t clean the inside of them too well and the fridge wasn’t the cleanest. Around the seal at the top of the fridge on the inside had definitely been neglected to be clean, the bathroom mirror looked like it was just cleaned with a wet rag leaving behind all the water spots making it a

I had a very comfortable stay at the American Extended Stay Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a longer visit. The housekeeping team kept everything tidy, and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional special thank for Karema , Mena and Jalal. The location is convenient, and the environment feels safe and quiet, which made my stay even better. Excellent value for the price — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reliable extended-stay option.”

Dirty dingy lock of hygiene and cleanliness. Would not recommend for a couple of nights to stay if that is the case. Which is what I needed. Look good in photos. Found hair on the kitchen counter’s bathroom counter even the light switch is dirty bring your own cleaning supplies. Receptionist was rood at time of checking in. It says pet she tried to double charge for me for my pet even though I had paid online already first and I stay at this place. The guy at the reception desk this morning was better and polite can’t wait to check out. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very friendly staff, spacious parking, location is convenient with the multiple shopping centers all around you ranging anywhere from groceries to kids toys and fashion stores. The highway is next exit up from here as well. The rooms are very clean and reasonably priced.

Wow, I seriously don’t understand why many of these negative comments are here. I just finished a 3 week stay there and everyone was super nice….Nadia, Ahkmed(?), and the smiley woman with the hijab on her head…THEY WERE SO NICE! The rooms weren’t 5 star but they were clean, and the price was good…..and not 1 pest of any kind. I always look for that. Much of these comments are just outright lies, maybe from the nearby competition. Myself, I am def coming back again next year.
