Customer Reviews
I can’t say enough good things about the spa. The service is top notch. EVERY staff member was welcoming and incredibly friendly. I had a facial, scrub and massage and they were incredible. My facial with Brenna was the best I’ve ever had! Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had dinner at the sushi restaurant ( I can’t remember the name) the service and food were phenomenal. Even the casino staff was amazing. Such a great experience we’ll definitely be back.
Pros: valet, front desk, bowling alley counter and bowling alley bartender were all very friendly.||Cons: When we got to our room, the beds were made, but the rest of the room had not been cleaned. There was stuff from the last guests still left in the bathroom, and bottles and glasses around the room. We called the front desk and it took awhile for them to answer. They gave us a new room and a $25 room credit, but I was surprised this happened at all considering the high price we paid for the room. We tried to use the pool elevator to get to the pool. However, it wouldn’t take us to pool level. I used the courtesy phone to call and ask if maybe the pool was closed and that’s why it wasn’t working. Again, it took awhile while for the call to be answered. The woman told me, “That elevator h
I had an amazing stay here once again, but this review is especially for the Spa and Salon at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa… both are absolute standouts. The spa is hands down a must do. After a full day and night of fun, it was exactly what I needed. Peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere alone melts the stress away, and every detail feels intentional and elevated. It is the perfect reset and one of the highlights of every stay. The salon experience truly exceeded expectations. Cole worked absolute magic on my hair. Not only is he extremely talented, but his energy was so refreshing and welcoming. It felt like being taken care of by someone who genuinely loves what they do. He listened, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered results that made me feel confid
The Red Rock was a wonderful stay with a lovely room. We had an amazing view of the mountains and pool and really enjoyed our accommodation. The casino was quieter and more manageable than others on the strip— the staff were a little less intended to impress and had more of a local/regular crowd attention. Food options in the casino, however, were unmatched. so many options and very affordable prices! Overall we will be back to Red Rock! I would recommend checking it out for a more calm yet fun Vegas experience.
Positive: "" Negative: Our experience in the Lucky Penny for breakfast was not good. Our waitress at least attempted to fix it by crediting my husband’s meal. Also, they were not clear at check in regarding the resort fees we had to pay at check out.
