I would highly recommend that you go there I personally never stayed there myself. The prices are reasonable and all the workers there including the people who own it are wonderful to work with. I hear they have big plans to even further update the campground to have more activities for not just kids but adults to participate in. The food truck they have there the man who cooked last summer was a delight to talk to while he worked. They go above and beyond to make your experience there a splendid one.

Hello Red Oak Campground,|I very recently stayed at your facility in the Fox (2) cabin. The cabin was surprisingly very accommodating and well supplied with appliances, bedding and kitchen items. For the most part, our experience at Red Oak was a positive one, however, we would like to bring a few things to your attention that could improve the stay for future clients. First of all, although the cabin was clean and free of trash, there were a lot of cobwebs and spiders around or above the beds. Nature or not, no one likes to sleep with creepy crawlies climbing up their bodies. Second, one of the mattresses had several rips or cuts that were visible and not fixed or sealed. Third, the game room was outdated with many broken machines, and the pool table was not in good condition. Lastly, an

We have come here for 2 years now. The kids love getting together and enjoy time outside with each other. The staff is literally the best! the bed situation in the loft area. We love coming to your campground because it gives ours kids the ability to come together for an uninterrupted weekend together! All three of our kiddos are autistic and this place is great. The beds are horrible in both places we’ve stayed, in 51, the loft bed has springs poking out making sleeping impossible! Please upgrade your beds or put futon mattresses up there, something to make it bearable. Also, the pool says it’s heated but it is freezing, maybe turn up the heat a bit if it is heated at all. I have fibromyalgia and going into that water feels like I am going into an ice bath. It is so cold. Another thing,

My husband and I went in on Monday and left Saturday morning. The campground is a bit remote with little cell phone service and no wifi. You can purchase wifi while you are there. We did and had no issues. The campground is well maintained. The bathrooms are cleaner than any gas station that I have been in. The store has a little bit of everything and the best Hershey's ice cream! There are lots of activities for the kids. Their pool is cleaned every day. There are trails to walk. We went in and it was quiet. By Friday evening it was hustling and bustling with campers, the sounds of kids' laughter, and decorating for Halloween! All of the campers we talked to were friendly and stopped to talk in passing. We will definitely be making a trip back! (WalMart and Aldi are in Warre

The actual campground is and has always been amazing. The previous owners and managers cared about the campers and the community. The new managers don't care about the campers, their employees or really anything. They've destroyed any goodwill that they could've had with the campers by bringing in a Megan's Law contestant and then DEFENDING HIM. They brought him in from their other campground knowing his background, only getting rid of him after seasonal campers found out. They do not know how to treat employees as is evidenced by their Facebook reviews. The previous owners were out and about all the time, you'd regularly see Steve running around helping out. The new managers don't leave the house unless they have to. We were there during a band night and they rode their little golf car
