Red Lion Inn & Suites Mineral Wells

Front dusk was very helpful in the lobby is very clean and inviting. The room was less than spectacular. Very dirty. She cheats seemed clean, but had stains all over them. Towels verybpoor quality. It's a carpet that's all stained.Grout in bathroom is all torn up. Nasty splatters all over room . Not really sure what it was but looks like they don't really wipe anything down very good.

My experience at the Red Lion Hotel was extremely disappointing, mostly due to poor management. During my stay, I had direct interactions with Jennifer and Joe, who were running the hotel at the time, and their lack of professionalism made an already frustrating situation worse. Issues were not handled promptly or respectfully, and concerns I raised were dismissed rather than resolved about the mold in the rooms, also how they do not change out the bedding through each guest change. Communication was unclear, and it felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority. Instead of taking accountability, management was defensive and unhelpful. I expected basic hospitality and customer service, but unfortunately did not receive it here. I would not recommend this location based on my experience

Positive: The Continental breakfast had a wonderful variety and taste good. Great shower. Negative: One of the beds box that the bed sets on was kind of wobbly, the caulking around the bathtub like someone didn't know how to caulk.

I’m an old truck driver, been on the road longer than some folks have been alive. These days I’m doing hot shot runs, and I pulled into Mineral Wells looking for a clean place to get some laundry done and catch a decent night’s sleep. Stopped in at the Red Lion and figured, from the look of the packed lobby middle aged couples, travel partners, and folks coming in and out it might be a mess. But it wasn’t. The young lady at the front desk, Mikelyn (hope I spelled that right), had that whole lobby in the palm of her hand. She was handling guests left and right laughing, making folks feel welcome, and somehow keeping her cool even when problems started popping up. One woman was raising a fuss about a reservation. I don’t know all the details, but I do know Mikelyn found the issue and smoothe

"Roberto" Rob is Great!🇺🇸 One of the best welcomes I've ever had checking in at a Hotel. Answered all my questions and was one of the big reasons I extended my stay here another night! I gotta go and try that Mesquite Pit down the road since you get an extra discount as a Red Lion. They have a working washer and dryer on the second floor. Gym on the first and a pool out back to relax and enjoy. The breakfast here is good too! I highly recommend the Red Lion Inn & Suites Mineral Wells. Thank y'all for the clean, relaxing, comforting stay and for the good experience!🇺🇸
