Hog Mountain RV Ranch

We have rented an RV site and a cabin here at hog mountain. The rv sites are nice and very large. The cabin was perfect! It was clean and very nicely decorated with a comfy bed and everything we needed. The view from the porch was absolutely stunning overlooking a pond and large field below the mountain. I highly recommend both the RV sites and cabins. The campground staff are very friendly and attentive and the park is well maintained and clean.

Large RV park with a lot of full time occupancy. The RV campground is very quiet and has friendly people. During the summer when the trees have leaves it has a of shade. We were booked for a week however we have decided to stay an extra week.

I've lived here for 1 year now and really love it. I have a huge lot at a good price. Power is affordable. Water is free but if you plan to stay and want good Internet service you'll need your own. I use Nextlink. It's about $55 a month. I love the park, they work very hard to maintain the roads and property it's always clean and kept tidy. The maintenance person is always out here working! I like the owners and office staff they are always helpful and been good to me. I'm about 3 miles to downtown and 5 miles to Walmart so not that far but you definitely feel like you're out in the country. We have 2 laundry facilities and shower houses that require a pin code and kept very clean. They allow pets and allow small pet fences. My 2 wiener dogs are very happy here. They also have a nice dog

We stayed three nights, and found that the nightly rates were all pretty similar no matter which site you took. Very long! And these paved pads are right next to the laundromat. We chose to stay here after we found that our original reservation at Eagles nest was on gravel on the side of the hill next to the highway. Laundry at this location has brand new machines for $2.50 for each washing and drying.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Helped us find the best burger in town. Park was very nice, level sites and clean restrooms. Quiet and slightly off hwy 281 and close to Mineral Wells. Lot of snowbirds, so call ahead. This will be my regular overnight for my trip to Killeen. GREAT
