My husband and I stayed here January 10-12 for our anniversary. The hotel was great, the staff were kind, and the restaurants were great as well. We really enjoyed our time. My one star review comes from the customer service we have received since. I accidentally left my AirPods in our room which I know, is my mistake but accidents happen often.||I was told that all I needed to do was send in a return label, which I did immediately. Apparently the label got lost after they confirmed to me they received it and would send the AirPods.||I have called multiple, multiple times and can go in depth about the conversations I have had on the phone simply trying to get them back. We decided to go for Brunch @ Red Garter On Nov. 1st 25. The food great & Excellent Service ! The hash browns amazing. I & my two family members had there breakfast special 8.99$ . The food was so good we actually spent more $. Well worth a quiet hot meal . The waiter was Excellent Narcizo so polite! He needs a raise I think he's worked there awhile. So worth it last deal on the block.

The hotel appeared to be remodeled. The rooms were clean. There was no additional security lock just the deadbolt. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were so thin we were doubling them up just to make them semi comfortable. We only stayed one evening passing through as a last minute stop. The Prospector Cafe was a let down. We were told by the front desk they had good breakfast. I had a hamburger and fries that were good. My husband had breakfast, the biscuits and gravy were cold to the touch not even warm.

The employees were nice but very out dated. It's a pet "friendly" but it's not, absolutely no grass what so ever. We were put in the very last room, none of the doors to the outside couldn't close nor lock. First thing, we find is a syringe outside the door. There's no frig or microwave. Again employees were nice and price was lower than the other hotels.
