Peppermill Hotel Casino : Wendover

There was no pen or paper in the room and I had to take notes, just a bible |Very inconvenient room arrival process. We had to find a cart, push it up and down an inclined pathway. Not wonderful for seniors. |No material in room to describe the area and attractions|No breakfast |Resort fee? What for? Was there a gym or a pool ? No directions to find it if it was there. | But, the staff was exceptionally friendly. Dinner was really good.

This was the best casino in Wendover. Very fancy on outside,clean, great service for drinks. Next time I will stay here instead of the Nugget. Montego Bay sucks at customer service. Never offered a drink. Nugget was cheaper hotel but rooms were rundown. And elevator was terrible. So stay here if you want to relax and enjoy

I went for a couple nights, first time and had a great experience overall. The rooms were great. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Good water pressure. I stayed a ways down from the actual casino so it was quiet, no noise trouble at all. Staff was kind and friendly. The only downsides that I noticed was that they only had one 5 dollar Blackjack table so it was always full every evening, AND, and the drink service was really slow. Hard to catch a buzz when the cocktail waitress only drops by every half our. I went to the Montego and they had great service and more tables. Overall, it was a pretty pleasant stay, I would go back.

Supposed to have a non smoking room and woke up to smoky smell coming through vents in the room. No water pressure in shower and loud squeak ing noise that wouldn’t stop when turning the shower on

The rooms are fairly dated. Both beds were much softer than we wanted but they were clean. Can't get away from the smell of smoke anywhere in the hotel unless you were outside.
