Red Fox Rv Park , Cabins And Storage Units

Stayed for a month. Wifi is good during the day and late night, not so good when folks get home from work. Mostly full timers, but the park is clean, well taken care of. Due to freezing cold weather we could not use the pool and other amenities. The owners were very helpful and on point when the water spigot froze up. Helped get it unthawed and better insulated. Would stay again.

We stayed again since we loved it before. How disappointing. It's still quiet enough but the dog poop is EVERYWHERE! The owner's owner's relatives don't even pick up their own dog's poop. There is poop in the grass and on the roads. There is some areas not covered in poop, but that's because those areas are covered in goat-head stickers and dog's can't go there. I love the location for our needs and the owner and her parentals are very kind. But the owner's are hardly available and when contacted about poop via email didn't do a thing. It's sad because it could be a great place. But the poop is so bad I couldn't walk my dog without worry of stepping in it (everywhere) or dealing with the horrid smell (in the back right rv space area).

Its beautiful quiet peaceful and cozy. Everything is very clean. Open 24/7 The pool, hot tub, recreation center, and laundry. The only thing I have to complain about is how dark it is at night and all the ants everywhere. You can't sit outside anywhere without them attacking you. Other than that it's very chilled.

They cater to long term rentals only. If you need anything short term, lol elsewhere.

They are absolutely a wonderful family. This place is very nice, clean and spacious. Anything you need they are right there and available and make sure it’s done. You couldn’t pick a better place to be. Your just a few miles from downtown mineola but here you also have a country feel where it’s nice and quiet.
