I booked thru Expedia extremely cheap but upon arrival had to pay extra 50$ for security deposit Which is a hassle when you are extremely low on funds rooms could definitely be updated but they have decent space n the ac units work well. This goes for both hotels red carpet and quality in

The most appalling thing was the superficial cleaning; they didn't disinfect. The sheets were stained, the beds were uncomfortable and too old, and the walls looked dirty. Also, on their website they advertise pets as welcome, but I brought my pet and let them know. They chose to make a mistake in the advertising and charged an exorbitant price. I had no option to leave or find another hotel. I was traveling due to a family emergency, and they took advantage of that.

My experience in that hotel was horrible . The hall and the room were dirty! The room the gave me that night was dirty as hell especially the floor and the bed sheets full of hair. Wow! I had no choice but sleep in those conditions...I couldn't believe my eyes...wow! Never again. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This motel deserves a 0 it's the dirtiest place I have ever stayed and the employees are extremely rude. When I entered my room it smelled there was mold on the ceiling all above the door there where cigarette burns on the floors the tubs and a pubic hair on my pillow also a long hair that was in the clean folded towels in the bathroom. The online pictures look nothing like the room I paid for 2 nights online and was refused a refund so I stayed the first night since it was late and asked the next morning if I can check out and get a refund for the one night still refusing I ended up checking out and lost my money.

Honestly, impeccable. The rooms were gorgeous, the breakfast was magnificent, and the staff was so kind. I would live here. No bugs and a beautiful atmosphere. I enjoyed my time in the hot tub and the all inclusive sauna. I recommend this place. Good bang for your buck!!!
