Quality Inn

I love the staff. From the manager behind the front desk to the housekeepers they are pleasant, nice and professional . Always greeting my husband and I wish a smile. We had to stay here for some months because we were waiting on our house. They were excellent!! My husband and I are Diamond level guest and the staff treated us like that. Thank you

This was one of the cheaper places to stay at so I'm trying to keep that in mind when I review it. Positives: Price - One of the cheaper places to stay. Location - It's about 20 mins away from the heart of DC but being on the outskirts, it's a little easier to navigate to restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The "OK": There is continental breakfast served from 6-9 AM. However, I found it very limiting compared to other hotels. There were two kinds of cereal, yogurt, and waffles. For drinks, they had milk, coffee and juice. No eggs, breads, or meats were served. Negatives: Facility- It's definitely an older facility and not a lot of updates have been made to it. It was very cold in the room to the point whereas we didn't care to stay. we packed our bags and left. We could not get someone on the phone to notify that it was cold. Hindsight, we should have known because while we were checking in, another guest was complaining about their cold room. What was intended for a nice evening without interruption was ruined as we wanted to get comfortable without maintenance coming in with disturbance and without having to gather and pack again to be moved to another room. As a matter of fact, when making reservations, we were told that the room booked was the only smoking room available. Either way, we would have been and were inconvenienced.

Positive: Horrible experience. We did not like this hotel. My wife and kids were terrified by the atmosphere, room conditions (dirty, smelly), and people smoking weed. I immediately found a Holiday Inn nearby, which was decent; my family also loved staying there. Negative: I did not stay in that hotel for an hour, but they did not give me the money back. They kept the money for the entire 3 days of booking.

I work overnight I checked in about midnight or a bit after, change go to work get off at 9am, I take a quick nap wake up itching, I start looking at the bed and see tiny insect walking I turn flashlight on phone and squeeze it with paper and it’s full of blood, I start moving the covers and pillows mattress the filth under this bed and all around is crazy. I worked housekeeping and thus wouldn’t had been approved by a HSK MANAGER. When I brought it to the managers attention upon checking out she said she would call me once it was checked and she would give me a discount I explained to her I am a choice member she said ok I’ll call you there was a brief pause she then asked for my contact info.
