Red Carpet Inn & Suites Hammonton, NJ

Like many motels in this area, it is a relic of pre 1950s design, but unlike many it has been renovated. I visited with low expectations, the rooms are not terribly large but my experiences they have been tidy and the beds clean. I have never encountered bugs. It was good for an overnight traveler, but wouldn't deliver for a comfortable stay of more than a night or two. I have had mixed experiences with the reception clerk when i have stayed here.

Positive: It was not outside Negative: EVERYTHING was broken, rotten, stained, and obviously neglected for at least 10 years.

So I’ve been here a few times over the years, it’s always the same. It’s a decent place but they obviously don’t put a lot of effort into cleaning the rooms.|The jacuzzis are usually not wiped down but they are not filthy. The toilet paper holder in our room was broken. Literally a cheap fix but ok. I had a feeling the sheets weren’t changed but they smelled clean. The rest of the room was clean and didn’t smell. AC worked great and so did the fridge and microwave.|I do feel that the price they charge is a little expensive for what you get.|Also, the front desk woman is very sweet.

Me my husband just stayed at this hotel Wednesday the 8th through the 10th on Friday night and we have had no problems the stuff is very nice and was comfortable and the shower stayed hot the only reason why I would not give it five stars is because not enough toilet paper but besides that

We came with extremely low expectations but the reality was even worse. Booked via Booking a room for 5 but it only had 4 spots for sleeping so one of us had to sleep in car. Dirty room with a lot of dust. Dirty towels. A couple of hairs here and there. The door card was not working so we had to ask reception to open our room everytime we wanted to enter. Mentiomed they will repair it but nothing happened. Looks like the owner doesn't care. Over priced "murder scene" room as described in other reviews.
