Red Carpet Inn Berlin, NJ

The staff is absolutely rude barely spoke English, my room was #6 as soon as I walked in a horrible smell , this place should be shut down without a doubt!! My bathroom was used and not cleaned , my bed pillow cases have been through nasty times,I will be posting pictures that’s for sure! I stayed cause I had no choice! But don’t wasted ur money on this hotel! I paid $114 to stay in this nasty place!

Went to place waited almost an hoir for help at front desk for check in, seen the room and right away asked for my money back. I had kids with me. Room was nothing like the picture. Bad smell and dirty stains on bed walls and carpet. Never got to bring in bags. Spoke with site manager. Was told i will get a refund. Never recieved it. Called multiple times. They avoid answering. Never again. They don’t deserve 1 star. Very rude

Checking in was pleasant I checked in a little after 6:00 p.m. and the lady at the front desk she was nice at first. I was reserved the room for the second floor which was I guess okay because I had a lot of things so at first it was daunting but once I got all my things in the room I was okay. There is no elevator so be prepared to bring your stuff up and down the steps. The room was clean and it did not have a bad odor to it but you could tell that the chair look like it has some stains. I'm glad there was no carpet it was wood panels and looked clean. But I definitely did not like the tick like bugs that were found on the wall and on the curtain. I found three that I had to kill. I spent two nights and 3 days there and each day I found a bug. Make sure you do not lose your hotel room ke

BEWEARE....Horrible all around rude workers cant speak any English and use it to the max have bed bugs the sink dont work smells like sewage they charged for a king bed and gave a full bed with a king head board refuse to refund us said we can leave or take that the room but no refund .... no microwave or fridge as Stated wifi was the worst. HORRIBLE Horrible HORRIBLE!!!
