NEVER AGAIN. My dad and I stayed here for 4 nights. During check in we were told 80 on the phone when we arrived they charged 89. Check out is 10. We get our key go to our room 212. Tried the key it wouldn’t work. Went down told them it didn’t work. They reprogrammed it, while trying to use the key again someone in room 212 opened the door. So they gave us a room that was already occupied. I go down stairs again they walked up with me they gave us a different room, one bed. I said we requested a two bed. My dad extended it the next day they charged him $80 I went down and added an additional room they charged me $102. Today our check out day, 9:28 I’m changing my clothes, I get a knock at the door. We stayed at this Days Inn this past weekend (8/25/18) with our 4yr old child due to it being about only 10 minutes away from Atco Dragway. Walking in, there was no air conditioner used in the check-in area, although an unused a.c. unit was observed in the window behind the front desk. Very hot, stuffy smell mixed in with the strong smell of smoke and Indian type-food (the Indian cooking smell I didn't mind, as I was use to that from my older son's father's cooking). The woman at the desk stated there was no elevator to use. The room itself had gross stains on the carpet, no working microwave, and the hair dryer didn't work as well. When my husband called the front desk about the microwave, the woman told him they did not have another to give us, & for us to go down to the main lobby to us

Went there today everything was going good til I got in the room it was so many bugs.. it was roaches everywhere!!! I turned the heat on the walls were filled with bugs. They changed my room and the next room was the same roaches everywhere!!! Went downstairs to get A refund they were really hostile and upset and said u been in the room more then 15 minutes no refund then they called the owner and he was yelling saying (they better not come back) and I got my money back.. its my birthday I just wanted to get away and have a little peace and it was a room off of fear factor please don’t waste your money!

This motel was the worst experience ever. The room had roaches, hair on the bed, and stained, stinky bedsheets. The towels were torn, and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. I couldn’t sleep because the people upstairs were loud all night, and the staff didn’t care at all—they just said the guests would “check out soon.” The front desk showed zero hospitality. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
