Ranger Inn - Alva.ok

I am glad I was there by myself, if my wife had been with me we would have found a different place or slept in the car. The parking lot was unkempt and the ice machine was out of service. The staff who checked me in was friendly and competent and once I got into the room it was OK.

Run away as fast as you can and don't look back! We had a dead cockroach and 2 live huge wolf spiders in our room. It was fairly clean. My recommendation is NO

Positive: "" Negative: Hotel room had not been cleaned , the sheets on the bed were just thrown on there . One bed had stuff all in it the other bed have 3 good size stains

When I first walked in I noticed an odor similar to cat spray... Perhaps the toilet area wasn't properly cleaned. When i entered the bathrooms I immediately noticed buildup on the faucets of the sink and tub. I've never had these issues elsewhere. And i noticed a brown spot on the bath towel they had left on the tub. I think it may be a burn. Then under the sink on the floor I noticed 3 dead bugs. So, i pulled out my camera. I was hungry and the microwave appeared clean at first glance but i decided because of the other shortcomings I might check the top of the inside of the microwave. Well, it was filthy. So, my review is honest. I took photos. It's not a clean place. It was quiet. The staff was very nice.

I rented the room on graduation weekend. Everyone was booked. I was expecting something not so good because I their prices are awesome and I was so happy when I pulled in. The rooms are nice, clean. And because I was coming from far I wasn't getting there until 1 am. The lady literally got out of bed to check me in and give me the key. On top of holding the room just by my word. Thank you Ranger Inn. One less thing to stress about before my graduation day
