Good value for the price. Overall, a decent hotel for the money. The only major downside is the extremely noisy window air conditioners — it’s very hard to sleep with them on, but without them the room gets cold at night. Aside from that, everything was fine. The rooms were well cleaned, there was a kettle with tea provided, and the bathroom was spacious.

The breakfast was as basic as it could be. If any less was offered, there would be no breakfast at all. The pool was not heated and not available until 10am, so we could not use it.

I stayed here because it is close to some relatives I was visiting. I wasn't too picky because I didn't plan to be spending much time in the room. ||||The electric outlets near the bed didn't work so I had to charge my devices in the bathroom. Desk manager looked at them but couldn't do anything about it. ||||TV had no remote but the desk manager brought one and programmed it. After he left I learned that the sound on the TV didn't work. It was so distorted that I couldn't understand anything. I took a video but can't upload it. It didn't really matter because the available channels were so full of commercials that I didn't want to watch anything anyway. ||||The office is in a separate building so you need to walk across the parking lot to get ice, eat, etc. ||||Breakfast was very basic wi

AC is consistent, bed is clean and comfortable even though the metal base makes a slight noise if you get on or off the mattress in the middle of the edge. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The ground are beautiful.

Hi, my name is Shawn and I’ve been here and I noticed that in the office excellent service by who’s running the night and that would be Sam the majority of the time I see Sam and Raj Very professional and excellent service. On the other side of the cleaners that cleans the rooms there’s Maria Ana, Norma and Irma and they do excellent work. The rooms are clean all the time that I noticed and they’re very polite. If you ask for something that you need, they’ll give it to you and I’ve haven’t had any problems with anything and I really enjoyed it right here at the Ramada Here in Poway.
